Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior leadership team and the HR department.
- Manages all internal communications and employee feedback systems, ensuring dissemination occurs via appropriate platforms, supporting the desired strategy of the organization.
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as newsletter, forum, survey, online and more.
- Monitors all communication content to ensure quality and HR compliance standards are aligned with the organization's diverse culture and brand.
- Creates and analyzes metrics to identify patterns in employee data, such as employee survey results to shape communication and engagement activities, drive action, maximize impact and evaluate success.
- Researches and develops new and innovative ways to create a high level of employee engagement.
- Bridge communication activities between Tenet, external PR and marketing agencies.
- Oversee the development of new marketing materials, press materials, and company content.
- Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation.
- Identify risks, prepare contingency and recovery plans, and manage resources during the crisis.
- Advise senior leadership team of developments throughout the organization, either face to face or through regular written communication.
