• Develop and execute communication strategies tailored for bilingual collection efforts.
• Create and update scripts, templates, and communication materials for client outreach.
• Coordinate internal messaging to ensure alignment within the collections team.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards in both languages.
• Handle escalated or sensitive accounts requiring bilingual communication.
• Track the success rate and impact of client communication strategies.
• Train team leaders on effective bilingual communication and handling protocols.
• Support resolution of complex or challenging collection cases.
• Oversee tools used for client contact, ensuring bilingual functionality.
• Collaborate with other departments to align communication strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in bilingual communication, preferably in finance or collections.
• Fluent in English and a second language, both written and verbal.
• Strong skills in compliance, training, client relations, and communication tools.
