Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Lead Generation
- Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn business pages
- Experience creating and launching paid ads and boosted campaigns (Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads)
- Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies, funnels, and audience targeting
- Ability to create engaging ads, flyers, captions, and marketing content
- Familiar with branding principles and maintaining consistent brand voice
- Experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, or similar
- Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Self-starter, proactive, and able to post and manage content regularly
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in BPO, staffing, or service-based industries Graphic design or video editing skills
- Knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools
- SEO and website optimization knowledge
- Portfolio or samples of previous campaigns
