About the Company

Poseidon Distribution OPC is the developer of the Rundzee mobile platform, providing home care and errands services in Davao City. We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing professional who can manage paid advertising campaigns and improve our online visibility through SEO.

Job Responsibilities

Paid Advertising

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage YouTube advertising campaigns
Run TikTok Ads
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI and app installs
Create audience targeting and retargeting campaigns

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Perform keyword research for services like home care, errands, and delivery
Optimize website pages for Google search ranking
Write or coordinate SEO-optimized content and blog posts
Improve on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headings)
Manage Google Search Console and Google Analytics
Build and manage backlinks and local SEO listings
Optimize Google Business Profile for local search visibility
Track and report SEO performance and organic traffic growth

Marketing Strategy

Plan digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and app downloads
Work with designers using Figma to create marketing creatives
Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly reports
Test marketing strategies through A/B testing

Requirements

Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or YouTube Ads
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience specifically managing Google Ads campaigns
Proven experience across all major advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Expert-level SEO knowledge with comprehensive understanding of technical SEO, content optimisation, and link building strategies
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console
Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns
Experience working with Figma for marketing collaboration
Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of delivering successful campaigns
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics for measuring and reporting campaign performance
Demonstrated campaign management experience in search engine marketing
