Professional Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support electrical design and engineering for solar and microgrid EPC projects
• Prepare and review single-line diagrams, layouts, and technical specifications
• Perform electrical studies (load flow, short circuit, protection coordination)
• Support procurement by evaluating electrical equipment and vendor proposals
• Oversee construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Ensure compliance with Philippine codes, standards, and client requirements
• Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and contractors
• Provide on-site technical supervision and troubleshooting as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• For PEE role: Must be a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (Philippines)
• 2–5+ years experience in solar, renewable energy, or EPC projects
• Hands-on experience in site execution and commissioning is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of power systems, solar PV design, and grid integration
• Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or equivalent
• Willing to travel to project sites when required

Preferred Experience:

• Solar farm (utility-scale or commercial) projects
• Microgrid or hybrid systems (with battery energy storage)
• Experience in EPC or design-and-build environment
