About the Role

In this role, you will be a core member of a small but effective integrated marketing team that will help Harman manage and grow JBL’s social media and online presence and enhance e-commerce strategies and digital marketing initiatives in the Philippines.

What You Will Do

Social Media Management
  • Manage and grow the brand’s presence across key platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X) by increasing followers, reach, engagement, video views etc.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns and content strategy (particularly reels or short form video content) to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Lead the content initiatives by briefing and collaborating with internal visual designer and creative/media agencies to execute platform-specific strategies.
  • Localize and adapt campaign assets provided by the Regional APAC Office.
  • Report on social media performance with actionable insights.
E-Commerce & Other Digital Marketing Initiatives
  • Develop and implement digital strategies and go-to-market (GTM) plans that support product launches, campaigns, and overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with distributors, e-commerce platforms, and agencies to develop innovative tactics that enhance e-commerce presence, ensure brand consistency across platforms, and maximize online sales growth
  • Manage paid social ad campaigns in collaboration with agencies to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Identify and evaluate digital marketing opportunities beyond social media — such as search, display, CRM, and partnerships — to expand the brand’s online presence.
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, digital KPIs, and ROI.
What You Need to Be Successful
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management or E-Commerce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (reporting, data analysis) and other Microsoft Office applications.
Bonus Points if You Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
What is Nice to Have
  • Prior experience in Consumer Electronics or FMCG industries.
  • Knowledge of retail operations or digital marketing will be advantageous
  • Ability to analyse customer data.
  • Basic proficiency in design/video editing tools
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, platform ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), e-commerce tools, and other digital marketing channels (CRM, affiliate, display, partnerships).
