Accounting Supervisor

We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor who is ready to take ownership of our financial operations and drive process improvements. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our finance department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial oversight.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and review the output of the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the full cycle of accounting, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure 100% compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements; oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Strategic Support: Assist management in budget preparation, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in internal controls and accounting workflows to boost team efficiency.
• Audit Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and facilitate year-end closing processes.

• License: Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in accounting, with at least [X] years in a supervisory or senior-level capacity.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Philippine Tax Laws, accounting standards (PFRS), and financial reporting.
