Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare month end journal entries
- Reconcile receivable accounts
- Reconcile liability accounts
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Maintain daily cash balance
- Assist with Unclaimed Properties filings
- Organize supporting financial documents
- Resolve routine accounting problems
- Perform assigned ad hoc duties
- Attains an understanding of GAAP
- Proficient in Word & Excel
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to meet assigned deadlines
- Attains excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reconciler
Job Qualifications:
- Educational background / preferable degree in Accounting / Business / Finance with minimum 2 courses of Accounting completed.
- Some Microsoft Excel experience using basic functions: Filters, basic sum formulas (Bonus if already experience with V-Lookups/Pivot Charts/Sum If formulas/Macros)
- Can start ASAP.
- 1 year of experience working in accounting
