Sales Associate - Tagaytay Branch

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Help customers find the right furniture for their needs.
• Explain product features and benefits to encourage sales.
• Meet sales goals and targets
• Assist customers with questions and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure customers are happy with their purchases.
• Check stock levels and report any issues.
• Help restock items when needed.
• Assist in delivering items
• Market and Sales Process Knowledge
• Stay updated on the latest furniture, bed mattresses and market trends.
• Share feedback about customer preferences with the supervisor and/or with the team.
• Work with other team to meet store goals and quota.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

• Candidates must be college level, vocational or high-school graduate
• With experience in the same field or any related job is preferred but not required
• Must be physically fit
• With pleasing personality
• Candidate must be willing to start immediately
• Can provide good customer service/ assistance
• Willing to assemble furniture’s
• No visible tattoo
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
