At PeoplePartners, we empower our clients by providing seamless support to their mortgage operations. As a Broker’s Assistant, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes pro ensuring every loan application and process is handled with care and accuracy.

About the Role

This is your chance to get hands-on with loan processing, client management, and financial documentation in a supportive remote environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update client information in relevant systems.
• Coordinate progress payments during the construction loan process.
• Facilitate discharge processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Communicate professionally with clients, referrers, and financial institutions.

Requirements

• A recent grad or someone with up to 2 years’ experience in finance, mortgage broking, or a similar field.
• Super organized, with an eye for detail.
• A clear communicator, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook, Apply Online, and Broker Engine (or ready to learn!).
• Able to work independently and manage your time like a pro.

• You’ve handled tasks in mortgage broking or financial services before, or you’re ready to bring your organizational skills to the world of finance.

• You love a collaborative environment where learning and growth are part of every day. You thrive in a team that values open communication, direct feedback and a bit of humor to get through busy days.

• Submit loan applications that clients can count on.
• Keep client data up-to-date and secure.
• Support the team in managing progress payments and discharges.

• Accuracy and timeliness of loan application submissions.
• Smooth coordination of progress payments and discharges.
• Positive feedback from clients and stakeholders.

• 9am-6pm ; Day-Shift ; Monday to Friday.
• Remote, working from home with company-provided equipment.
