About the Role
You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures loan applications are accurate, compliant, and on track. Expect to liaise with clients, brokers, and third parties to get the job done.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Upload documents and send templated emails.
- Follow up with clients and third parties.
- Order valuations and track applications.
- Update file stages and support compliance tasks.
- Assist with approvals and settlements.
- Keep client records and systems organized.
Requirements
About YOU- 2+ years’ experience in admin, finance, or mortgage operations.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (BrokerEngine, FLEX, ApplyOnline).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
- A proactive problem-solver who loves getting things done.
- Able to work independently while collaborating with remote teams.
- You’ve supported mortgage brokers or financial professionals, handling document management, CRM systems, and liaising with clients.

- Keep mortgage applications on track from start to finish.
- Be the go-to for document management and file updates.
- Ensure clients feel supported and informed.
- Accuracy and timeliness of document processing.
- Smooth progress of applications and settlements.
- Positive feedback from brokers and clients.
- Monday to Friday ; Day-shift (ACST).
- 100% Work-from-Home (WFH) with provided equipment.
