Network Administrator

We are seeking a technically proficient and proactive Network Administrator to join our IT operations team. This role focuses on supporting first-level networking issues, operational monitoring, and ensuring consistent network uptime across our enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level network support and issue resolution.
• Monitor and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure, including WiFi.
• Configure and support IPv4 networks, DHCP, and DNS services.
• Assist in basic routing configurations (connected/static routes).
• Operate and maintain FortiGate firewalls (basic operations).
• Monitor and report using PRTG and Mist systems.
• Support ticket triage and handle proactive monitoring tasks.
• Perform basic network and WiFi troubleshooting.
• Use Junos for operational tasks on Juniper EX series switches.
• Participate in general support and maintenance activities across network platforms.

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of IPv4, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN, VLANs, and WiFi technologies.
• Experience with FortiGate firewall operations.
• Familiarity with Juniper EX series and Mist Access Points.
• Competence in using network monitoring tools like PRTG.
• Strong ticket management and troubleshooting skills at Layer 2/3.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration capabilities.

Desirable Skills:

• Awareness of IT/OT security principles.
• Exposure to Cambium and Mist platforms.
• Familiarity with FortiAnalyzer and security fabric analysis.

Shift: 24/7 Rotating Schedule

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in hardware, software, and network environments.

• 2+ years experience
