Network Administrator - Quezon City

Job Description

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities to manage and escalate incidents effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems while adhering to Service Level Standards (SLS).
• Escalate complex issues to service providers, vendors, or support units as necessary.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with ITAIQ quality and standards.
• Configure network devices and manage major network-related incidents.
• Support projects related to network infrastructure and maintain inventory of network devices.

• Monitor critical network device utilization and prepare capacity planning reports.
• Document recurring issues and propose effective solutions.
• Update and maintain documentation for supported devices and hardware.

• Manage network issues, provide technical guidance, and support innovation by staying updated with the latest technologies.
• Participate in research and discussions to enhance infrastructure and handle other related duties as assigned, including after-hours problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in network administration or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of WAN/LAN configurations and network standards.
• Proficient in network troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
