Assistant Vice President General Corporate Renewal Business

• Drive revenue growth through effective renewal planning, account protection, and selective expansion within existing client bases
• Oversee renewal activities across assigned areas, brokers, and agents to ensure alignment with company retention strategies
• Identify portfolio risk exposures and implement timely intervention strategies
• Analyze market conditions, competitor movements, pricing trends, and client behavior impacting renewals
• Prepare and present market intelligence and performance insights to senior leadership
• Recommend strategies to defend market share and protect revenue in competitive environments
• Translate renewal strategies into clear operational plans aligned with target market priorities

Qualifications:
