Warehouse Supervisor

Job description:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are well-managed.
• Implement warehouse safety and security protocols in compliance with mall policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, tenants, and mall departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor warehouse staff performance and provide training as needed.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of goods to prevent damage and loss.
• Conduct regular audits to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, incoming/outgoing shipments, and operational performance.
• Promote teamwork and uphold Filipino values of integrity, diligence, and hospitality.

• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to maintain high performance.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems, warehouse management software, and best practices in logistics.
• Warehouse management software experience is preferred but full training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment is an advantage

• Capability to resolve inventory issues and optimize warehouse operations
• Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, tenants, and mall management
• Comfortable working under pressure and adjusting to peak seasons or urgent deliveries
• Understanding of Filipino cultural values and how they apply to teamwork, service excellence, and community engagement
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• A degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, or inventory management.
• General warehouse experience will be considered for candidates demonstrating strong potential and relevant skills.
