HR Supervisor

We are looking for a highly capable HR Supervisor who will support and strengthen our Human Resources operations, with strong focus on recruitment, agency coordination, employee relations, and compensation & benefits administration.

Job Summary

The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment activities, managing agency partnerships, supporting employee relations concerns, and assisting in the administration of compensation and benefits programs. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle HR matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding)
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies
• Ensure timely hiring based on manpower requirements
• Handle employee relations concerns, including documentation of incidents and administrative cases
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures
• Support compensation & benefits administration, including employee queries and records management
• Maintain accurate and updated HR records and reports
• Work closely with department heads to ensure manpower needs are met
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
• Strong background in recruitment and agency handling
• Experience in employee relations and administrative case handling is a strong advantage
• Exposure to Compensation & Benefits processes is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (if applicable)
