Assistant Mall Manager

The Assistant Mall Manager is responsible for ensuring profitable and efficient mall operations in alignment with management directives and financial targets. The role supports the Mall Manager in maintaining the physical value of the mall, ensuring safety, security, and delivering a superior customer experience.
II. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Mall Operations & Administration
- Ensure profitable mall operations in accordance with company standards and income expectations.
- Monitor and analyze mall operations, including facility utilization and workforce deployment.
- Implement mall‑wide policies, guidelines, and procedures in compliance with company standards, government regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Review operational data to identify areas for improvement and support strategic decision‑making.
- Oversee building administration, maintenance, and property management to ensure mall facilities operate efficiently and safely.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Maintain positive tenant relationships and ensure smooth coordination between mall management and tenants.
- Monitor and support tenant sales performance to meet operational targets.
- Ensure safety and security of the mall and customers by coordinating with security and emergency teams.
- Create an environment that encourages customers to continually patronize mall products and services.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract foot traffic and enhance mall visibility.
- Assist in managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost‑efficient operations.
- Oversee administrative operations and support HR functions such as workforce coordination and team performance management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical),
- Commerce,
- Marketing,
- Business Management,
- or any other related discipline.
- Extensive managerial experience with a proven track record in:
- Marketing & Sales
- Property Development
- Building Administration
- Customer Service
- Business Operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

- Customer service orientation

- Reports directly to the Mall Manager and collaborates with various internal departments and tenants to ensure smooth mall operations.
