- Oversee the recruitment and selection process
- Manage the hiring process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records from hiring to disengagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws in all hiring processes.

- Implement Performance Management programs, ensuring continuous employee evaluation, feedback, and
- Manage Disciplinary Actions in coordination with the AMI Group’s legal counsel, ensuring compliance with DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) and NLRC (National Labor Relations Commission) and Labor Law standards.
- Address employee grievances and disputes while fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct investigations on HR-related concerns and provide resolutions.
- Implement employee engagement programs, events, and initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Implement company-wide and cluster-specific activities that promote a healthy work culture.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of its provision.
- Ensure that his/her cluster’s government-mandated remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, BIR, etc.), are done
- Ensure that employees who fail to provide their GMB details shall undergo disciplinary proceedings.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws regarding compensation and benefits.
- Identify training needs and facilitate the implementation of workshops, training sessions, and seminars to upskill
- Evaluate training programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement for the program and to our employees.
- Oversee the cluster team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
