 A.  Talent Acquisition
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process
  • Manage the hiring process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records from hiring to disengagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws in all hiring processes.
  • Manages the Job Opening Portals of the Organization, including its credits, and shall align and update the other
clusters as to its balance as scheduled.
 B.  Employee Management
  • Implement Performance Management programs, ensuring continuous employee evaluation, feedback, and
improvement.
  • Manage Disciplinary Actions in coordination with the AMI Group’s legal counsel, ensuring compliance with DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) and NLRC (National Labor Relations Commission) and Labor Law standards.
  • Address employee grievances and disputes while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Conduct investigations on HR-related concerns and provide resolutions.
 C.  Employee Engagement
  • Implement employee engagement programs, events, and initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Implement company-wide and cluster-specific activities that promote a healthy work culture.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
 D.  Compensation and Benefits
  • Prepare job offers and employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of its provision.
  • Ensure that his/her cluster’s government-mandated remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, BIR, etc.), are done
by providing complete details of employees and assist employees to any of their GMB concerns.
  • Ensure that employees who fail to provide their GMB details shall undergo disciplinary proceedings.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws regarding compensation and benefits.
 E.  Training and Development
  • Identify training needs and facilitate the implementation of workshops, training sessions, and seminars to upskill
employees.
  • Evaluate training programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement for the program and to our employees.
 F.  Supervision and Management
  • Oversee the cluster team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary PLM contact for our stakeholders within the cluster.
  • Collaborate with managers and other business units’ representatives to address talent-related challenges and optimize
workforce allocation.
 G.  Other Tasks as Assigned
  • Support senior management in PLM-related initiatives and special projects.
  • Stay updated with labor laws and industry trends to ensure PLM policies remain compliant and competitive.

Perform other PLM and administrative tasks as assigned by the line manager.
