Jr. Customer Relations Staff

 I.  Principal Responsibilities
  • Handles all orders from the assigned customer accounts and ensures that the orders are processed immediately and accurately.
  • Coordinates with supply chain/warehouse team regarding stocks availability and timely deliveries of orders.
  • Update sales agents with the customer orders and potential sale transactions. Provides update to the agents regarding the processed orders.
  • Accurately process orders in the system and coordinate with the warehouse for the printing of documents.
  • Answers all customer inquiries and provides accurate information about the company’s products.
  • Provides customer assistance regarding any issues or concerns raised by the customer. Escalates complex or unresolved matters to the Senior Customer Relations Staff or Team Leader when beyond their capacity or authorization.
  • Follows instructions and feedback from the Team Leader and Senior Staff to improve performance and ensure alignment with team standards.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time by the immediate superior.
II. Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in the tire and automotive industry is an advantage.
  • With experience in the customer service industry or setup.
III. Skills and Specifications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Willing to work under pressure and minimal supervision or guidance.
  • With excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Good moral character, with a commitment to ethical behavior and integrity in all professional dealings.
  • Strong sense of teamworking.
