B2B Operations Supervisor

The B2B Restock Supervisor - IC Fleet Trucks for the Truck team oversees the B2B Restock Truck Pickups, Delivery and Return-to-Shipper (RTS) operations

Main Duties:

1. Conduct analysis of the Delivery Trucks operations and demand.
2. Evaluate the monthly growth of the truck requirement and satisfy demand.
3. Source, Onboard, retain, and keep warm all IC fleet with variable cost. Point person for daily truck lineup of IC fleet. Convert the existing tender fleet into a variable cost IC fleet. Acknowledge and cater to the concerns and disputes of the IC partners.
4. Conduct weekly governance meetings with the ICs to address concerns and grow the IC fleet strength.
5. Plan IC fleet lineup based on demand. Ensure buffer trucks are available on days with volume surges.
6. Propose and assist in cascading newly developed processes for the reservation truck operations.
7. Assist in evaluating the operational process for benchmarking.

• Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Logistics/Fleet/Warehouse Supervisor or any similar position
• Proven experience in working cross-functionally - proposing and executing initiatives that require multi-department collaboration
• Experience in managing a small team
• Basic knowledge of various computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and other related software programs.
• Prior experience with a start-up and a logistics company is preferred but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience in working with senior management
