Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Communicate with clients and assist with occasional client liaison activities.
  • Handle public relations-related tasks as assigned.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records.
  • Create and update reports, spreadsheets, and other documents using Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other business correspondence professionally.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience or ability to perform client liaison and customer service duties.
  • Knowledge of public relations or customer-facing work is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly organized with good time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
