Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks.
- Communicate with clients and assist with occasional client liaison activities.
- Handle public relations-related tasks as assigned.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records.
- Create and update reports, spreadsheets, and other documents using Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other business correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience or ability to perform client liaison and customer service duties.
- Knowledge of public relations or customer-facing work is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
