Job Summary:

We are looking for a HR Specialist to support our Farm operations. This role is responsible for managing farm-based recruitment, payroll processing, and employee relations, ensuring efficient HR services and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of working in a farm-based environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Psychology, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, or any related course
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, or employee relations
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and timekeeping/payroll systems
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Willing to stay in and be assigned to the farm site in Bukidnon

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for farm-based positions including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Process payroll and ensure accurate timekeeping and deductions
• Address employee concerns and grievances, and implement disciplinary procedures when necessary
• Maintain accurate employee records including 201 files, contracts, and statutory documents
• Ensure compliance with farm HR standards and coordinate closely with head office HR team
