HR SPECIALIST

Job Summary:

We are hiring an HR Specialist who will focus on employee relations, timekeeping, and manpower complement for our Dressing Plant operations. This role ensures daily HR support is aligned with operations, helping maintain discipline, productivity, and employee engagement in the workplace.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course
• With at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or plant-based setting
• Proficient in timekeeping, employee relations, and recruitment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Highly organized and capable of handling fast-paced operational support

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage timekeeping of Dressing Plant employees
• Ensure manpower complement and coordinate deployment of workers to meet operational needs
• Address employee concerns and coordinate resolution in line with company policies
• Support the implementation of employee discipline when necessary
