About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business units in delivering both strategic and operational HR services.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience in Employee Relations, stakeholder management, and HR analytics, and is comfortable supporting a large employee population in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the HR partner to business units, supporting a large employee population
- Handle employee concerns, investigations, and case resolutions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Work closely with leaders to address people and business needs
- Maintain HR records and generate reports using HRIS, Excel, and Power BI
- Handle sensitive employee information with high confidentiality and integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of HRBP experience
- Experience supporting a large employee population
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
- Proven experience in Employee Relations (investigations)
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Familiarity with HRIS, Excel, and Power BI
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
