Role Overview:
The Events and Marketing Executive will support the Director of Events and Market Expansion in delivering the Webprofits Sales and Marketing strategy, with a primary focus on events.
Requirements:
The role will include, but not be limited to:Event Planning & Execution Support- Liaise with partners on confirmation details and partnership agreements
- Coordinate assets (headshots, bios, logos) from speakers and partners.
- Organise branded slides for presentation decks
- Track signups, attendance, survey and engagement metrics to compile post event reports
- Managing attendee / no show data and registration lists for upload into CRM (Hubspot)
- Registration data cleansing
- Support Webinar logistics
- Manage RSVPs and confirmations
- Onsite logistics coordination: venue, registrations, AV, photography
- Support with personalised event invitations
- Scheduling meetings with key event stakeholders
- Supporting Directors with personalised outreach to prospects pre & post events.
- Scheduling follow up consultations with leads for Directors
- Briefing and liaising with the design team on creation of event assets and landing page updates
- Post event content creation of video snippets for distribution via social media and ads.
- Social media community management & posting (Meta/Linkedin/YT).
- Supporting podcast publishing and promotion
Experienced required:
- Experience with Hubspot
- Calendar management
- Marketing or related degree
- Experience or desire to work in events
- Min 2-3 years experience in similar roles
Proficiencies Required:
- A passion for events, marketing and driving commercial success
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Attention to detail + organisational ability
- Proficient with data, creative, ChatGPT and social media
- The candidate needs to be a proactive thinker and be able to work autonomously on tasks, with initiative.
- Demonstrate high standards of integrity.
