As we expand our operations, we are looking for driven and adaptable individuals to join our team and help us deliver reliable, sustainable, and efficient water treatment solutions to our clients in various industries.
Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our water treatment solutions. You’ll handle a mix of telemarketing, telesales, and field sales, ensuring our customers receive expert guidance and responsive support—from first contact to closed deal.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Telemarketing (Lead Generation)
- Make outbound calls to leads from the CRM and marketing lists
- Qualify leads based on industry, needs, and budget
- Schedule appointments for field visits or virtual consultations
- Keep accurate call logs and update lead statuses in the CRM
- Follow up with warm leads and prospects via outbound calls
- Present products and services with basic technical details
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up on quotations
- Close deals remotely when site visits aren’t necessary
- Conduct site inspections and meet clients in Cebu and nearby areas
- Coordinate with technical team for site assessments and recommendations
- Manage scheduling of field visits and follow-ups
- Present proposals, address concerns, and help close deals on-site
- Similar experience preferred but not required
- Open to candidates who did not graduate from college
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to do fieldwork in Cebu and surrounding areas
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools (a plus!)
- Must be goal-driven, reliable, and professional
- Driver’s license is a plus
- Work Location: Tipolo, Mandaue City, Cebu
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Base Salary: PHP 15,000 per month. PHP 15,000/month = approx. PHP 681/day (based on 22 workdays)
- Fixed Allowance: PHP 5,000 per month (non-reimbursable)
- Commission: 2.5% of closed deals based on net of VAT sales value, paid monthly
- Example: If you close PHP 280,000 gross sales (inclusive of VAT),
- 13th Month Pay
- Annual Profit Sharing (based on company targets met and your individual KPI)

All transportation expenses related to field work (e.g., client visits, site assessments, document deliveries) will be reimbursed by the company, provided that:
- Receipts, trip logs, or official documentation are submitted
- Reimbursement requests are filed within 5 working days of the activity
- Long-distance or out-of-town travel requires prior approval
