Draftsman / Junior Architect

Location: Panglao, Bohol

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Draftsman / Junior Architect with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. This role involves preparing detailed drawings, assisting in design development, and supporting project execution for our ongoing resort expansion projects.

• Create detailed and full-set architectural drawings using CAD or SketchUp.
• Prepare as-built plans for the existing resort.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from site meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and project requirements.
• Maintain organized documentation and drawing files.
• Assist in preparing drawings, renderings, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and pegs from Interior Design.
• Coordinate with project teams for drawing clarifications.
• Conduct site visits and prepare reports.
• Assist in coordination with site engineers during execution.
• Support preparation of quantity take-offs and material specifications.
• Attend local trade fairs for product and design sourcing when required.

• Graduate of Architecture or Vocational Drafting course.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and site engineers.
• Knowledge of local building codes and standards is an advantage.
