JUNIOR ARCHITECT

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

• Assist senior architect in creating building designs and detailed drawings (manual and CAD).
• Liaise with construction professionals regarding project feasibility.
• Work closely with co-architects, operations managers, engineers, surveyors, and draftsmen.
• Ensure compliance with standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and detailed blueprints.
• Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve issues during construction.
• Conduct site visits to check project status.
• Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Licensed Architect (PRC)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Willing to be re-assigned to other project sites (e.g., Bohol, Surigao, Manila) if necessary
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, or similar software
• Knowledgeable in construction details, products, rules, and quality standards
• Strong design imagination, detailing, and documentation skills
• Good communication and project management skills
• Keen attention to visual detail
