Executive Assistant (for COO)
About the role
This is a full-time Executive Assistant role supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Kaiser International Healthgroup Inc.'. Based in Makati City Metro Manila, this key position will provide high-level administrative and executive support to ensure the smooth running of the COO's office and day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing- Manage the COO's calendar and schedule, arranging meetings and travel as required
- Provide administrative and secretarial support, including preparing correspondence, reports and presentations
- Prioritise and screen incoming calls, emails and visitors to ensure the COO's time is used effectively
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the COO's behalf
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Maintain the COO's filing systems and records, both electronic and physical
- Coordinate catering, room bookings and other logistics for meetings and events
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting a C-suite executive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong proofreading and editing skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care
- A proactive, flexible and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
