Design Review Members (Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, and Electrical)

We are looking for experienced Design Review Members (Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, and Electrical) to support the technical review and coordination of project designs. The successful candidate will ensure that design deliverables are complete, coordinated, compliant with applicable codes and project requirements, and ready for construction and procurement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Regularly meet with the Design Team to monitor the status of deliverables
• Update the Design Work Plan and Schedule of Design Works
• Prepare due diligence review of drawings, technical specifications, and other technical documents to identify clashes, structural challenges, or material specifications inconsistencies before physical construction begins.
• Prepare due diligence review of drawings to check if design meet basic building codes, other relevant regulations, and Owner’s mandates on design.
• Ensure that all issued due diligence review are completely responded on time
• Maintain complete and accurate quality records, including: Design submissions and communications by Design Team, Meeting Notes and Minutes, Owner’s Instructions and Design Changes
• Provide inputs in the monitoring reports for daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Ensure all records are properly filed in project systems (e.g., Procore or equivalent)
• Attend necessary meetings that may require design skills
• Provide support in the Procurement of contract packages as to technical requirements of the project, preparation of Technical Proposal Forms, review of pay items in the Pricing Documents, and technical support in the evaluation of technical proposals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• With relevant experience in design review, design coordination, consulting, or construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, building codes, construction methodologies, and technical specifications.
• Ability to interpret multidisciplinary drawings and identify design conflicts and constructability issues.
• Experience in procurement support, technical evaluations, and contract documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and document management platforms such as Procore or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be assigned to the project site.
