Qualifications/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and care for children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and putting them to sleep.
• Assist with schoolwork, playtime, and basic learning activities.
• Ensure children's safety inside and outside the home.
• Monitor children's behavior and report concerns to parents.
• Perform daily house cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and tidying rooms.
• Wash and iron clothes; organize wardrobes and closets.
• Assist in meal preparation and kitchen clean-up.
• Run errands (e.g., buying groceries or picking up children from school), if required.
• Provide support to elderly family members, if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas.
• Respect family routines and privacy.

Qualifications:

• No formal education required. Completion of elementary or high school is an advantage.
• TESDA or local government training for household service workers or caregiving is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Yaya, maid, or household helper is preferred.

Requirements:

• Trustworthy, honest, and respectful of employer's household rules.
• Must be patient, caring, and dependable, especially around children or elderly.
• Basic knowledge of childcare, hygiene, and household safety.
• Physically fit and able to perform household tasks daily.
• Willing to live-in or live-out, depending on employer needs.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or on-call hours as needed.
• Must be willing to undergo background checks or medical screening, if required.
