Bridal Production Manager
Our US Partner is a luxury bridal fashion brand renowned for its elegant, romantic designs that blend timeless sophistication with a modern twist. Specializing in customizable wedding gowns, the collection features distinctive elements such as detachable necklines, intricate beading, and innovative corsetry for a flawless fit.
We are seeking a Bridal Production Manager to oversee all aspects of factory operations. This hands-on leadership role demands a solid background in apparel manufacturing, strong organizational and communication abilities, and the capacity to manage teams and workflows independently.
This is a full-time role, on a Morning Shift and on an Onsite (Cebu-based) set-up, with compensation based on qualifications and experience, plus performance-based incentives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations & Production Management- Oversee the end-to-end production process, from fabric cutting to final quality check and packing
- Manage production schedules to meet tight deadlines while ensuring quality standards
- Optimize workflow and efficiency across departments and production lines
- Identify bottlenecks or risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact timelines
- Implement and monitor production KPIs to track efficiency and output
- Manage hiring, training, and performance for the production team
- Create clear daily/weekly targets for team members and hold team accountable
- Maintain a positive and high-performance team culture rooted in accountability and respect
- Lead regular team meetings and training to improve skills and communication
- Maintain raw materials, trims, and finished goods inventory with accurate reporting
- Collaborate with U.S. team to align inventory needs and deliveries with order flow
- Ensure orders are prioritized and tracked with real-time accuracy from cut to ship
- Work with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely sourcing and delivery
- Manage payroll, schedules, and timesheets for all production staff
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor standards
- Keep detailed reports of daily production metrics, employee performance, and issues
- Maintain full transparency with U.S. leadership through regular check-ins and updates
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant years of experience in garment production, preferably in bridal or high-end fashion
- Proven success managing a team in a manufacturing setting
- Strong leadership and people management skills clear, calm, firm, and fair
- Deep understanding of production line efficiency, quality control, and garment construction
- Ability to work independently and intuitively without day-to-day supervision
- Proficient in using Excel, inventory systems, and workflow/project management tools
- Experience working with U.S. or European clients/brands is an advantage, but not required
- Must be willing and able to work onsite in Cebu City
