Management Trainee

• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
• Learn to manage production schedules, manpower planning, and inventory control.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support process improvement initiatives and participate in problem-solving activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed for performance tracking and analysis.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and hands-on assignments across different production units.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or management accounting.
• With 2–3 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work in a factory/plant environment and adapt to rotational shifts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with production software.
• Eagerness to learn and take on increasing responsibilities.
