Position Title: DIRECTOR, CONSUMER FINANCE OPERATIONS – CLARK NA (1 vacancy)

Job Description:

This position will be responsible for expanding the North America Consumer Finance division’s presence in the Philippines by developing a sustainable operational structure and fostering leadership growth. This role includes training local leaders, establishing efficient business processes, implementing global best practices, and developing a sustainable leadership pipeline to ensure long-term success of the team.

• Team Expansion and Presence: Strengthen and grow the division’s presence in the region, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.
• Leadership Development: Identify, train, and nurture future leaders within the organization, ensuring smooth succession planning.
• Operational Structuring: Establish efficient workflows, processes, service level agreements, and infrastructure to support long-term operational effectiveness while ensuring alignment with North America operations.
• Employee Relations: Act as liaison with local human resources and North America based leadership on employee relations issues.
• Strategic Guidance: Collaborate with key stakeholders to align business objectives with regional needs and opportunities.
• Regulatory Compliance & Workforce Localization: In collaboration with Human Resources, ensure full compliance with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):

• Minimum 10 years of experience working within or closely supporting consumer finance operations in the vacation ownership industry, including roles in training, HR, communications, or quality that directly interface with operational leadership.
• Extensive experience in human resources, leadership development, succession planning, team building, and business operations.
• Strong ability to mentor, train and empower emerging leaders.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
