Job Overview
The Systems Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems across the organization. This position focuses on assessing, upgrading, and integrating systems from newly acquired companies into the existing infrastructure, while maintaining optimal performance and minimizing operational disruptions.

Responsibilities and Duties- Review and Assess: Conduct thorough assessments of the current technologies and
- Design and Plan: Develop comprehensive plans for system upgrades and integration
- Implement: Execute the design and perform system upgrades, including hardware and
- Monitor and Maintain: Continuously monitor system performance and implement
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations,
- Collaborate: Work closely with other IT team members, stakeholders, and vendors to
- Troubleshoot: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to system
- Train: Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on new systems and
technologies
Required Knowledge and Skills- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration, with a focus
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.),
- Migration Tools: Familiarity with migration tools such as BitTitan, Quest Migration
and system migrations.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or Azure certifications
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
