Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and releasing solar materials such as panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, and accessories.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and stock control through regular monitoring and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation for inbound and outbound materials, delivery receipts, and stock movement reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and project teams to ensure materials are available based on project timelines.
- Implement warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks and report discrepancies promptly.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for efficient space utilization and easy access to materials.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance for productivity improvement.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive solar equipment to prevent damage or loss.
- Prepare periodic warehouse reports, including inventory levels, movement summaries, and operational concerns.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with solar products and materials handling is an advantage.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic reporting tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
