Hiring: Senior Customer Service Representative (Non Voice)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong BPO background who have experience handling customer concerns through email, chat, and voice support.

We are looking for senior-level CSRs with around 4–6 years of customer service experience, especially those with backgrounds in Telco, eCommerce, Sales, Retail, Financial, or similar accounts.

Candidates with experience as Senior CSR, SME, QA, or escalation handlers are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM–7:00 AM PH Time

Job Overview

The Senior Customer Service Representative will handle customer interactions for an international account, providing support through multiple channels including email, chat, and voice.

The ideal candidate is someone who can manage complex customer concerns, handle escalations, and deliver excellent customer experience while working with established processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated customer cases and ensure proper resolution
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain quality and productivity standards
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback for process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of BPO/customer service experience
  • Experience handling:
  • Email support
  • Chat support
  • Voice support a plus
  • Background in any of the following accounts:
  • Telco
  • eCommerce
  • Sales/Telesales
  • Retail
  • Financial
  • Healthcare
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM/ticketing systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concerns
Preferred Advantage
  • Experience supporting international customers
  • eCommerce/customer experience background
  • Familiarity with tools such as CRM systems, Zendesk, Salesforce, Shopify, or similar platforms

Training Program

Successful candidates will undergo a three-week training program before probationary employment.
  • Training Allowance: ₱1,000/day (net), paid weekly
  • Graduation Bonus: ₱9,138 upon successful completion of training

Shift: Night Shift | 10PM–7AM PH Time
