Job Summary
Ensures proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems to support safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities- Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of instrumentation, automation, and control systems to ensure reliable plant operations.
- Installs, calibrates, tests, and troubleshoots sensors, transmitters, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and related control equipment.
- Diagnoses equipment issues, conducts loop checking and system verification, and minimizes machine downtime through timely repairs.
- Coordinates with Production and Engineering teams to address equipment concerns and support automation and improvement projects.
- Maintains compliance with safety and quality standards while preparing maintenance reports, calibration records, and technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering (ECE) or related course.
- Licensed Electronics Engineer or Electronics Technician.
- With experience in instrumentation, automation, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in PLCs, sensors, transmitters, and control systems.
- Able to read electrical and instrumentation diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
