JOB SUMMARY

The Retail Media Operations Sr. Analyst is the day-to-day backbone of Snapmart’s Retail Media business. You will work directly under the Retail Media Head to keep the ad platform running smoothly, advertisers performing well, and the overall operation organized and accountable.

Your clients are a mix of 3P marketplace sellers and 1P brand suppliers, and you will be the person they rely on to get set up, stay live, and see results.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Advertiser Onboarding & Platform Support
  • Guide new advertisers (3P sellers and 1P suppliers) through the retail media platform, from account setup to first campaign launch.
  • Provide hands-on support for self-service advertisers navigating the platform independently, troubleshooting issues and answering how-to questions.
  • Manage campaign setup and configuration in the ad platform back office for advertisers on managed service arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate advertiser records, campaign trackers, and onboarding documentation.
  1. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
  • Monitor active campaigns daily, tracking spend, impressions, clicks, ROAS, and other key metrics against targets.
  • Identify underperforming campaigns early and recommend concrete adjustments: bid changes, creative swaps, targeting refinements, or budget reallocations.
  • Escalate anomalies or platform issues promptly to the Retail Media Head with context and a recommended path forward.
  • Build and maintain a cadence of performance reporting for both internal review and advertiser-facing updates.
  1. Advertiser Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned advertisers on day-to-day operational and performance queries.
  • Run regular business reviews (BRs) with advertisers on a managed-service contract: present performance data, discuss results vs. targets, and align on next steps.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients of varying levels of digital advertising fluency, from first-time advertisers to experienced media buyers.
  • Build trust with advertisers by being responsive, reliable, and honest about what’s working and what isn’t.
  1. Sales Support (Optional)
  • Support the Retail Media Head in pitching retail media products to prospective advertisers, both 3P sellers and 1P suppliers.
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, rate cards, and case studies that make the value of Landers’ retail media offering tangible and compelling.
  • Flag upsell or expansion opportunities within the existing advertiser base and surface them to the Retail Media Head.
  1. Operations & Process Management
  • Own the operational rhythm of retail media: maintain trackers, manage the advertiser pipeline, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Help design and document SOPs for advertiser onboarding, campaign management, and performance reporting as the function scales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Seller Success, Tech, Finance) to resolve advertiser issues that require cross-functional input.
  • Support billing and settlement coordination for retail media campaigns in line with finance processes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising operations, account management, or a related field, ideally within ecommerce, marketplace, or retail media environments.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ad platform (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or a marketplace ad console). Experience with Mirakl Ads or similar retail media platforms is a strong plus.
  • Background in client-facing roles: comfortable presenting data, handling day-to-day coordination.

Work Arrangement:

This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring two (2) days onsite at our Aseana City, Parañaque office and allowing three (3) days work from home each week
