Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive business growth by generating qualified sales opportunities. In this role, you will engage prospective clients, identify hiring needs, and schedule meetings for Sales Managers.

What You’ll Do:
Prospecting & Outreach- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach activities to potential employer partners
- Identify key decision-makers and initiate engagement
- Generate interest in recruitment solutions and services
- Maintain consistent prospecting to build a strong pipeline
- Assess employer hiring needs and determine fit for services
- Schedule qualified meetings with Sales Managers
- Confirm appointments and ensure high attendance rates
- Document prospect details, needs, and engagement history
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Track outreach activity, responses, and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and data accuracy
- Build rapport with prospective clients through consultative communication
- Re-engage inactive prospects and maintain ongoing communication
- Support pipeline generation and employer engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications- At least 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
- Strong English communication skills with confidence in speaking to decision-makers
- Experience handling high-volume outbound calls and overcoming objections
- Ability to build rapport, generate interest, and qualify opportunities effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Number of qualified meetings scheduled
- Appointment attendance rate
- Opportunities generated
- Outbound activity volume (calls, emails, outreach)
- Conversion rates across each stage of the funnel
- CRM data accuracy and activity tracking
