Learning and Development Specialist (Training)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Education, Psychology, Human Resource, or any related courses
• With at least two (2) year experience in corporate training
• Proficient in training facilitation, module development, and technical writing
• Preferably within Metro Manila Only

Must be willing to work at the Head Office in Bangkal, Makati City

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts training needs assessments for both new hires and existing employees
• Researches, designs, and develops training modules and materials
• Facilitates onboarding and specialized training sessions
• Conducts post-training evaluations and monitors training effectiveness
• Tracks and assesses the performance of trainees and trainers
• Regularly updates and maintains training resources
• Conceptualizes and designs learning and development events
• Prepares materials and coordinates event logistics
• Conducts post-event assessments and evaluation
