Job Description

• Daily encoding and controlling of IN and OUT materials in the ERP system: a. Miscellaneous materials (Stationary & Consumables) b. All raw materials of both locally purchased and imported.
• Monitoring and printing of picking list submitted by PMC and issues to warehouse operator for reference.
• Computes average lead time from the time that picking list was printed to until preparation/readiness of materials ready for issuance and records the time for reference.
• Prints packing list (itemized/detailed) as reference in checking actual received quantity and issues copy to IQC for reference.
• Prepares monthly inventory report and sends to Accounting China-HQ on a timely manner (usually end of the month).
• Posting/encoding of issuance of materials based on picking list.
• Posting/encoding of CT and XT tagged materials directly after receiving to confirm receipt and print packing list and issues to IQC for reference and retain copy for warehouse reference.
• Sending discrepancy & quality status report to PMC and purchasing department of both local and China-HQ.
• Receives delivery of local supplies such as Utility, Engineering, and other factory supplies.
• Manually prepares picking list for local purchased materials prior issuance to end-user.
• Filing warehouse reports and documents in an organized filing system.
• Performs other duties/tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor

• Any graduate of 4 year course
• Good communication skills
