The Marketing Associate supports the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and day-to-day brand operations. This role is responsible for helping drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and contribute to sales growth through organized and creative marketing efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support campaign planning and execution
- Assist in content creation and shoot coordination
- Manage social media posting and engagement
- Organize marketing files, timelines, and assets
- Coordinate with team and influencers (KOLs)
- Track basic performance metrics
- Knowledgable in Capcut and Canva
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related (or relevant experience)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and basic marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Drive)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
