Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Operations Coordinator supports the daily administrative and logistical needs of the operations team. This includes collecting reports, monitoring branch compliance, scheduling operational activities, and ensuring timely communication between head office and store branches.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the operations calendar including store walks, audits, training, and events.
- Collect and organize daily sales, manpower schedules, and inventory reports.
- Schedule weekend store visit plans for Area and Operations Supervisors.
- Monitor store compliance checklists and prepare consolidated reports.
- Liaise with HR, Merchandising, Finance, and other departments on operational matters.
- Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Workdays: 6 days/week
- Day-Off: Weekday (Mon–Thu only, rotational)
- Required to be online or on-call during weekends to support Operations team on field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Organized, proactive, and excellent in multi-department coordination.
- Background in retail admin or operations is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
