Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage staff schedules for both full-time and part-time players.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and shift coverage.
• Supervise on-site execution: ensure compliance with workflows, equipment usage, and company

• Handle daily operational issues such as absences, shift changes, and minor conflicts.
• Act as the first-level escalation point for staff concerns and operational issues.
• Prepare and submit operational and attendance performance reports.
• Coordinate closely with HR, Admin, and Project Leads to align manpower and resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in operations, BPO, gaming, or tech.
• Strong people management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and scheduling tools.
• Fluent in English communication.

Preferred:

• Experience managing large-scale teams (100+ staff).
• Familiar with game operations or production environments.
• Chinese language skills are a plus.
