Roving Warehouseman

JOB OBJECTIVE: To ensure the proper monitoring, safekeeping, and accurate inventory of ROPA units across multiple warehouse locations, while supporting efficient coordination with internal teams to maintain organized.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct regular inspection of ROPA units across assigned warehouses locations
• Ensure proper safekeeping and security of all stored units (vehicles, equipment, etc.)
• Monitor and update inventory records, including unit status and movement
• Coordinate with Collections, Sales, and Documentation teams regarding unit turnover and release
• Verify completeness of units upon turn over (e.g., battery, accessories, and documents)
• Report damage, missing parts, or discrepancies immediately
• Assist in the transfer of pull-out of units between warehouses
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse areas
• Support inventory audits and reconciliation activities
• Maintain proper documentation and reports for all warehouse transactions
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• College Graduate or at least college level
• With experience in warehouse operations, inventory, or logistics is an advantage.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience
• Basic knowledge in inventory management
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple locations
• Physically fit and able to travel frequently

Other Requirements:

• With valid driver's license (preferred)
• Background in automotive or mechanical work is an advantage
• Wiling to do fieldwork and travel to different warehouse sites
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks
