We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Patient Data Entry & Analyst to support our Practice Management operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate patient and operational data, reviewing reports for discrepancies, updating systems, and assisting with data tracking and operational analysis to support healthcare workflows and reporting accuracy.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Maintenance- Accurately enter and update patient information in internal systems and EMR/EHR platforms
- Maintain data integrity across scheduling, billing, and operational reports
- Review records for completeness and accuracy
- Correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies
- Analyze operational and patient-related data for trends and reporting
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Assist leadership with KPI tracking and dashboard updates
- Validate data accuracy for scheduling, claims, and operational metrics
- Support reconciliation and auditing processes
- Coordinate with Practice Management and Revenue Cycle teams regarding missing or inaccurate information
- Monitor workflow trackers and reporting tools
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational reporting needs
- Document findings and maintain organized records
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of patient information
- Follow established SOPs and documentation standards
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards
- Experience in healthcare operations, data entry, reporting, or administrative support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus
- Willing to work on-site and on the night shift
- Healthcare or dental industry experience
- Reporting and dashboard experience
- Basic data analysis skills
- Familiarity with scheduling and operational workflows
- Experience with practice management systems
- Knowledge or experience using Airtable is a plus
