Working Hours: Regular Hours, Mondays- Fridays, 7 AM- 4 PM (Fixed day shift and weekends off!!)

Job Qualifications:

  • Open to applicants anywhere in the Philippines ONLY. (Non-negotiable: Must have own equipment and stable high-speed connection for applicants outside Cebu)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Must possess atleast an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
  • With 2-4 years experience specializing in Administration or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end loan processing from pre-submission to post-settlements
  • Needs to know how to use Salestrecker (important one)
  • Specialist in low doc deals
  • Proficient using MyCRM
  • Lodgement of home loan applications via Mercury and AOL
  • Supporting our brokers by conducting high-quality lender research, accurately completing serviceability assessments, and preparing statements of credit advice for all types of lending with the support of a Credit Manager.
  • Working on all types of loan transactions including motor vehicle, real estate, commercial, self-employed, and business lending.
  • Effectively building rapport and communicating with clients to obtain the information and supporting documentation for their assessment and applications.
  • Working closely with clients during the entire application process through to the settlement of their loans.
  • Digitally filing documents in accordance with our conventions, entering information and file notes into our CRM software, and preparing application submissions with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Managing applications efficiently through to unconditional approval and onto settlement.
