What You'll Be Doing
Be part of our client's team as an Appointment Setter. You'll help organize and manage patient schedules, answer calls, and keep communication running smoothly-making sure everyone gets the care they need, when they need it.

- Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM
- Work Setup: Permanent work-from-home
- Salary: PHP 24,000 to PHP 28,000

- Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting, scheduling, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple communication channels (email and phone)
- Familiarity with dental or medical scheduling systems is a plus
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused approach
- Contact patients to confirm, schedule, and reschedule appointments using the provided call list
- Monitor and manage the email inbox; respond to patient inquiries and messages promptly
- Answer incoming phone calls; address concerns, book appointments, and redirect calls as needed
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and patient communications in the system
- Provide professional and courteous support to ensure a positive patient experience
- Collaborate with the dental team to manage scheduling changes and share timely updates
