[Junior] Machine Engineering (48097)

• Source and implement continuous improvement program through Kaizen Activity of the Section.
• Submit related reports timely and properly to Superior.
• Able to coordinate to other section for machine parts request, inquiries, and issues.
• Conduct daily meeting to all technicians and other subordinates.
• Conduct trainings to new engineers to utilize their skills and knowledge to become an asset in performing group job responsibility.
• Prepare check sheets and other related documents needed in the routinary Machine Maintenance Activities.
• Perform machine maintenance documents checking and ensure proper fill-up of documents

• Designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
• Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
• Diagnosing breakdown problems, fitting new parts, and making sure equipment is working reliably.
• Carrying out quality inspections on jobs; coordinating with other departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues.
• Writing maintenance instructions to help with installation, maintenance, and commissioning guidelines of equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of Engineering program preferably Mechanical Engineering
• With at least 1.5 - 2years working experience as Machine Engineer in manufacturing company
